To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item has been damaged or altered in any way.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@designwithclarity.com within 60 days of the purchase date. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
When returning an item, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure that the item arrives safely. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. We also cannot refund any shipping fees or customs duties paid on international orders.
Custom-Made Jewellery:

However, please note that we cannot refund the cost of the custom design fee, as this fee covers the time and resources required to create the design. We also cannot refund the cost of any personalised engravings or other customisations.
